There is no cost to join the TradeHelp Network and the TradeHelp software is free to use.
To offer finance a member must first become a TradeHelp Introducer Appointed Representative.
TradeHelp charge a small one-off set-up fee plus an admin fee per successful finance installation.

- Step 1: Sign up for the free TradeHelp Network via our website.
- Step 2: Log in, go to the My Account section, fill in your company details, and select Finance.
- Step 3: Complete the short application. A member of our team will call you to discuss the next steps.
No. You do not need your own Consumer Credit Licence. We can support you to become an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR), enabling you to provide finance options to your customers.
Note: If your business already holds its own Consumer Credit Licence, we can support you with an alternative process.
Yes. Once you submit a quote and introduce the customer to us, we manage the rest:
- Prior to Application: A TradeHelp team member calls the customer to discuss their options.
- Credit Application: We email the customer a secure, personalised link to complete their credit application, or we can complete it with them over the phone.
All finance quotes must be created directly through the TradeHelp software. Once you sign up, we will provide free, over-the-phone training to show you exactly how to use the quote tool and introduce your customers.
For heating and bathroom installations, your customers can choose from Interest-Free Credit or Interest-Bearing Credit.
